Delivery at a glance
Products may be produced or printed after an order. The normal production and quality-check period is 3–5 working days before dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 48 Standard delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Free Express Shipping uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 (normally 1–3 working days after dispatch) on orders of £60 or more. DPD Express normally takes the next working day after dispatch where available.
Express is a faster carrier service after dispatch only. It does not shorten the normal 3–5 working-day production period.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Standard: £4.99 for orders under £60.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Free Express Shipping: £0 for orders of £60 or more.
- DPD Courier — Express after production: £9.99.

Cancellations, returns and refunds at a glance
For an eligible online purchase, you normally have 14 days after receipt to tell us that you are cancelling, followed by 14 days to send the goods back. Ordinary catalogue goods are not excluded merely because they are printed to order.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay direct return postage. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the appropriate route and bear reasonable return costs where required.
