For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the appropriate route and arrange reasonable return costs. Do not return goods directly to our fulfilment provider unless we specifically instruct you.
Complaints
You may complain by email, telephone, through the contact form, or in writing to the address above. Include the order number where relevant, a clear description and the outcome you seek.
We will investigate fairly and keep you informed where a response is taking longer than expected. When we communicate the outcome, we will identify any alternative dispute-resolution or other complaint-resolution arrangement available to you in which we are required by legislation or contract to participate, including the arrangement's name and website where required.
Independent consumer advice is available from the Citizens Advice consumer service. This does not affect your rights or access to the courts.

Where we sell and how orders are fulfilled
At launch, VAIN & MORTAL sells and delivers within the United Kingdom. We use a UK-based third-party fulfilment provider for production, packing and dispatch. Any claim about where a blank product was manufactured or a particular production stage took place will be stated separately where supported. VAIN & MORTAL remains the seller responsible for the customer contract and applicable consumer rights.
